Great landline replay

It has gone offline three and I had to call for IT help. Not sure why this has happen, no internet issue at the times it went down. IT was able to get it back up and working in 1 call.

Convenient solution for getting a landline

That said, even the free plan ends up costing about $6/m in fees. This is a great solution for old people who insist on a landline and who are paying something crazy for it.

Clinging to my old landline number now over fiber

It was a bit of a hassle but now everything is working fine. I got the Premium plan to port over my old phone number which worked smoothly. Biggest complaint now is the voicemail recorder is awful. Phone service is fine and as advertised; but I can't get over the low quality of voicemail recording; it is like a worn out micro cassette tape from the 1980's. We don't use this line much so I think it will suffice.

Ooma with 2 phones
