Good quality and almost free phone

Great, low cost phone service

Have had Ooma for five years and have been happy so far. This was a nice upgrade to our prior unit due to wi-fi connection and receiving to Ooma phones in the sale price. We really like this. Had a small issue connecting the product to our old account and phone number and customer service took care of it with one fast phone call.

Great VOIP option.

Some occasional connection issues, but customer service was helpful. A good backup for cell phones in the home and much cheaper alternative to copper wire or big phone company VOIP options.

Lots of static in line, telemarketing calls, and line constantly cuts off in the middle of phone conversations. Service listed one price but once you get it, it’s a different price in order to get any features or service. It’s really ridiculous.

Easy setup, great quality even in rural PA

Our internet and cell service are spotty at best. This still works and I'm glad I purchased it. I now also have another number (you can get two home numbers on once account) for working from home.

Great Phone system.

After installed, please go thru setting in newer phone system. Some features will automatically be on. If you don't want these features you need to turn these off. Takes a while to get connected with network but best overall phone system.

If you must have a home phone

I purchased a second unit 4/2020 for my in-laws. They love it too. It works great with either WiFi or Ethernet. My new bill is $14 cheaper than my u-verse service. I have my cable modem and Ooma plugged into a battery backup. When we lost power for about 3 hours, my phone and internet service were working.
