    decided to cut the local phone company cord and go with Ooma, it works great except for a bit of a delay when answering the phone pick up the call and wait a second or 2 to say hello or the person calling will not hear you other than that it is good

    We like to have these for piece of mind due to having small kids around the house. Have had Ooma for five years and have been happy so far. This was a nice upgrade to our prior unit due to wi-fi connection and receiving to Ooma phones in the sale price. We really like this. Had a small issue connecting the product to our old account and phone number and customer service took care of it with one fast phone call.

    The quality of the connection is good. The phones are a little heavy to have a long conversation. Overall, it saves our money on the long run.

    Purchase went well, fast shipping, I had trouble activating, but Ooma resolved the problem quite quickly and toboot on xmas eve. sound is a bit muffled, but not bad at all. costs of use are just as Ooma advertises, under $6.00/month. Lets hope for longevity with this system

    Great home VOIP option. Some occasional connection issues, but customer service was helpful. A good backup for cell phones in the home and much cheaper alternative to copper wire or big phone company VOIP options.

    I like it, and so much cheaper than paying ATT! Save almost $60 a month. the voice is little scratchy, but that's ok. Great purchase! Customer service when purchasing, was awesome!

    All excited to get it hooked up with new fiber install only to find the power plug did not fit the base station (last step in setup after being warned not to do it prior). Talked to Ooma support who said they would send another base station. Checked a week later and they said base station in process with no prediction of when it might arrive. Should not have been so eager to sign up and provide credit card info and port number and instead just returned to BBY. Live and learn.

    We have really bad DSL service, but I wasn't about to shell out the money they wanted for a landline too. Our internet and cell service are spotty at best. This still works and I'm glad I purchased it. I now also have another number (you can get two home numbers on once account) for working from home.
