Customers are impressed with the Telo Air 2 Internet Home Phone Service, particularly its ease of use and call quality. Many find it to be a great value for the price, with good overall performance and a relatively simple setup. The wireless capability and variety of features are also appreciated, but some users have noted concerns about the battery life.

Works good. Handset quality could be a bit better but it works fine. Ringer not that loud and device playback not that loud.

The Ooma Telo home phone station is a very good product. It allowed us to reduce our landline yearly bill from about $800 to about $125. I have no complaints except that sometimes can get scratchy voice sounds. I would recommend to anyone.

This replacement for an old Ooma started out well, but due to glitches in the handsets, they no longer work. I had to contact Ooma to get replacement handsets.

We purchased the Ooma telo air with two hand sets it was easy to install and works well, however the handsets have a hollow sound. If I were to purchase again I would not buy the handsets poor sound. The base unit works well with our existing panasonic phones.

I had the first generation Ooma and it worked great. Telo air2 is even better. This one has built-in WiFi, so you can place it anywhere. Also, Ooma phones are excellent.

As I have seen in other reviews, the Telo unit would not connect to the Bluetooth on my phone. After several attempts I was able to manually enter my WiFi information. It took quite a while for all the updates to process. The HD3 handsets would not charge in their base, so I purchased replacement batteries. After that they worked fine. I ported my number which was finalized very quickly. Since then everything is working as advertised.

The Telo Air is a nice upgrade from the original Telo I have owned for nearly a decade. The handsets are clean and modern with some nice features, such as picture id for callers who are in your phone book.

Great product by Ooma / Horrible sales by Best Buy

The product gates five (5) stars. Best Buy gets zero (0) stars for sending a dud. In other words, Best Buy sent a broken item, a unit that doesn't work. Ooma replaced it no questions asked, and they've sent a fully programmed unit.

I bought three units from Best buy. The telo air 2 told me to download the setup app I did and when I went to connect it to the network it would not pair with the device. I read the frequently asked questions it told me to pair the device which I had tried over four times. I contacted customer support their text supervisor was unaware that the telo Air 2 was able to connect via Wi-Fi kept telling me to connect with the ethernet cable. I paid extra to get the Wi-Fi option. My connected to the ethernet cable and I was able to get it running. But to date I have yet to be able to connect to Wi-Fi. I've called customer support several times still not able to connect to Wi-Fi they do not know their product. Do not buy this product use Google voice
