Have been using Ooma devices for more than 7 years. No issue found. After installed, please go thru setting in newer phone system. Some features will automatically be on. If you don't want these features you need to turn these off. Takes a while to get connected with network but best overall phone system.

I have had my Ooma since Jan. 2020. I purchased a second unit 4/2020 for my in-laws. They love it too. It works great with either WiFi or Ethernet. My new bill is $14 cheaper than my u-verse service. I have my cable modem and Ooma plugged into a battery backup. When we lost power for about 3 hours, my phone and internet service were working.

Excelent phone land line for home, easy cinfiguration

The phones are not real clear. I was disappointed that we had to pay tax every month which is about 7 dollars. Our first Ooma we did not have to pay anything.

Really great working phones and its awesome that it connects to wifi.

System set up was easy. Only issue is phone are not crystal clear so had to purchase a Panasonic system for better quality sound. Over all good.

Voice quality is not as good as reviews stated. Also, keys don't "beep" when depressed, so "press one..." doesn't register or entering product numbers etc. won't work. Ended up using my cel to place my order. System activation kept glitching, took me 2 hours to set up my phone. Customer service not really helpful, they left me to figure out the install own.

Works solidly. Only problem is buttons aren’t easily understood or read by elderly

I had to return a phone system that didn’t work. $100+. No questions asked. Returned the phone. Price was quickly credited back to my credit card. I was in the store 5 minutes. If I’m rating the product, I’m not happy. But really this one case may be a fluke. Thanks for great service

The system has gone offline during storms but reboots easily and without issues.

Set up was relatively easy. Customer was helpful.

Instruction images and physical devices did always appear the same. Registering devices one at a time went well; however, trying to register two devices at once met with various difficulties and error messages such as "maximum number of handsets already reached." After upgrading the 2 new handsets, though, they worked without further error messages.

I didn't know we could get a phone without a phone jack. My dad is 95 and wanted a regular phone with a keypad. Works perfect wi fi. We are very happy with it
