The Telo Air is a nice upgrade from the original Telo I have owned for nearly a decade. The handsets are clean and modern with some nice features, such as picture id for callers who are in your phone book.

Excellent product and customer service. I had a problem with one of the handsets and they sent a new one out. Anyone paying for conventional phone service or Voip through their internet provider should get this product and save some money.

This replacement for an old Ooma started out well, but due to glitches in the handsets, they no longer work. I had to contact Ooma to get replacement handsets.

To start off with such a product that hardly no one had ever heard of, it doesnt surprise me the set up is beyond simple, it does have many features, but I personally dont care for them, kinda useless, this phone having so many features but yet you have to go online to set the most important features, "contacts", with so much power this phone has to offer, it doesnt offer simple methods to the least, I am returning this product, one of the main reasons is the handset becomes unregistered with the base unit and what I had to go through to get reconnected with both handsets was no easy task, the only good thing about this phone is the bill, but with what I said, you get what you pay for, also to add the high charge for porting/transferring your old number!!

Ended my 10+ year relationship with Ooma

Had an old school Telo hardwired to my TP-Link AX1800 until it died. I purchased this device and connected to my 5GHZ WIFI network after calling and having it activated and my old Telo deactivated. Everything was fine for 2 days then this device wouldn't connect with Ooma's servers. After trying the 2.4GHZ network and hardwiring it per the manual (between the modem and router) still no luck. IMPORTANT! hardwiring this device per the manual will throttle your bandwidth (to 100MBS). After working with (what a JOKE) Ooma's offshore tech support still no luck. So i returned this device and ended my relationship with Ooma. Note minutes after I cancelled my account I tried calling my old phone number and it was routed to bogus marketing "company". You know the type that tell you you just won $1000 towards XYZ.
