love the internet phone system. hand sets work in any room of the house.

Needed a phone after I got rid of cable. This was a good choice for why I was phone to connect to Starlink Internet.

Been using Ooma for several years. No problems with service.

I bought this item just to try it out. For me it was not that simple to install after the 3rd try i got it to work but you have to use a temporary number until your number it could be register with them. I decided to return this item. But the prices for the service are very cheap it just did not work for me.

Original Telo unit did not work and had to be returned to Ooma. They sent a replacement and it is working fine. Seems like the unit I received might have been a return since some of the plastic was removed from the phones. On the bright side they said it would take 3 -4 weeks to port our number but it only took about 3 days.

I got this as a backup to my cell phone, as I work on call at a hospital. It works perfectly, and simultaneously rings my cell phone in case I’m out of the house. A Must have for those in poor reception areas!

Handsets are heavy and hard to use. Battery goes dead without warning. Customer service can be really bad. You used to be able to make calls on cellular over wi-fi. Now you have to pay extra.

Great product for the price. I'm a big fan of OOMA and absolutely hate paying for phone service. This is a great system.

I bought three units from Best buy. The telo air 2 told me to download the setup app I did and when I went to connect it to the network it would not pair with the device. I read the frequently asked questions it told me to pair the device which I had tried over four times. I contacted customer support their text supervisor was unaware that the telo Air 2 was able to connect via Wi-Fi kept telling me to connect with the ethernet cable. I paid extra to get the Wi-Fi option. My connected to the ethernet cable and I was able to get it running. But to date I have yet to be able to connect to Wi-Fi. I've called customer support several times still not able to connect to Wi-Fi they do not know their product. Do not buy this product use Google voice

Easy to setup and great reception quality. The phones have some nice features as well.

Good buy for wireless ooma deal. Wireless base has good range, phones work well.

Just replaced the old system that I had for 10 years. It met the end of its' earthly life.

The easy to use & comes with headsets. Easy to get started.

Excellent quality. WiFi connection to internet works great and can place base anywhere.

Worst possible phone service you could possibly use. It sounded as if I was talking through a tunnel. I like whenever I chose to cancel the service and refund this. I called them and they were willing to offer almost everything including the device I was using for free. Seems a little bit suspicious.

Spent hours and hours trying to set this up. After trying everything multiple times assuming I was missing something, got on the phone with tech support. The unit had a defective activation code and was a “known issue”. Waited a week, got the new one, and handset’s wouldn’t pair. Again had to call ooma support. Ended up being a software update that they had to push through manually. Another know issue. Everyone I spoke with had been pleasant (although not knowledgeable until I got to the tech people) but the process was reaaaallly frustrating. Shouldn’t have been that hard. Made test calls and seems OK, fingers crossed. Only been a day.

Works great. No issues taking no a matter where I call. Great anonymous call blocking.
