Ooma is the way to go. My last one last 8 years then died. Got this one with the handsets on a deal of the day. LOVE IT.

Love the WiFi option but the residential box has problems the voice mail goes out after a bit they say known problem I must have it hard wired in to a new box to work till they resolve the problem? So I spent $ 100 and it’s not working right have had replacements do same thing I bought for the WiFi not hard wired in my return window is passed so I eat the money .Icant listen to message at home only on the cell .

Bought this a day ago, but experience has been quite disappointing. The device loses wifi connection multiple times, although wifi is perfect with every other device in my house. The only solution ooma has is to reset my internet modem and router which they dont realized pretty much stalls work in my home. I did this a few times. In addition it is difficult to sync contacts as their new app has no instructions on their old website and the agent said he 'took care' of the issue by telling me to add a 'name' to one contact and do the same to my 200 other contacts. Did not expect this from a device we bought from a store like bestbuy. This was not a random internet purchase. Painful.

 You said it’s cost about $4.90 a month they want 999 a month for Phone service I can get a regular phone with AT&T for 10 bucks a month I thought it be less than five dollars a month do not buy it get a regular phone Pay for 911 calls and of course STATE cause but 911 cause should be free

The Telo Air device is wonderful and save lot of money monthly. The only issue with my phone set is the volume is not loud enough when put on the max volume. I love the devices and recommend to friend to save money.

Best Buy had the best deal for the Telo Air plus two phones were thrown in. Phone has worked well.

Love the Ooma telo and service, but the phones are not so good. Cannot use the speakerphone feature at all. Had to plug in the old telephone to be able to use it. But the Ooma app and service is well worth it.

Excellent call and sound quality with features that far exceeds any landline or cable provider service. Best of all, you only pay for local taxes. I recommend this product to anyone looking to get a home phone.

Setup with app was very tedious and still required support due to interface. Wireless phones work great. Telo 2 has already failed wireless adapter can scan networks but does not hook up. Support runs you around.

Saves you money. Works well if you have good internet.

I bought 3 Ooma phone system and it works like a charm without disconnection or jam!

Really an awesome VOIP system! I wasn’t sure what to expect as none of my friends have this but it’s been better than I could have anticipated!

This would receive a five star review if not for the deceptive marketing of their premier service. They automatically register you for this additional service as part of the start up. You must cancel within 30 days even though you never requested the upgrade. Very deceptive!!

This was a good deal. It included two phones. It is a Tello to air. Like it very much!
