The ooma part is fine but the phones are not. The little blue background is hard to see at all times. I returned it and just got the ooma.

the handset is poor quality, you can't hear clearly, in particular, if you turn on the speaker, it becomes a noise generator. I used my old handsets, the voice becomes crystal clean.

Not for me. Too complicated and I was not sure how to set up without messing up my current phone. I returned.

If you don't use Ooma service, it is a piece of trash. Ooma should add SIP support for other operators. Without premium service, get Obihai obi200 for free and it offers better services!

Never used. Set it up for my parents in replacement of their landline but then decided they did not want it. Apparently they're are a number of fees associated with it and customer service was horrific.

Best Buy will likely not allow this review to go through but this is the second time I purchased a new item and received an open box/used item.  I am not sure if I will keep the item, I suspect it was returned for a reason. I am so disappointed.

Stay away from Ooma, they asked me for my credit card JUST to activate this unit which I hooked up to Xfinity, my internet service. They promised there would be NO charges as I am hooked up to Xfinity Internet for my service, not Ooma. They scammed me and are billing me EVERY Month!

The product works pretty good. I wish the buttons were backlit to make them easier to see at night.

On one of the handsets the number "1" button does not work and it is worthless. We were unable to set up the phone until Jan 11 and the return deadline was January 13. It took us a couple of days to figure out the "1" did not work.

The sound quality with these is quite awful, even with a 400mbs connection

Bought this for free phone service using wi-fi. After putting in all my other personal info (email, cell phone, address) Ooma wanted credit card info for their fees that I think would’ve billed monthly- if I remember correctly. At that point it went back in the box. Then Ooma started emailing and calling me threatening collection for their free phone service that I didn’t even finish setting up? What? I told them what they could do with their collection threats /;

One of the phones doesn't even work. Im on fiber and its still static and falls offline everyone and then.

BestBuy sold me an Ooma Telo Air that was not functional. As a matter of fact BestBuy sold me two of these that were not functional. I believe that the units were sold to me as new when they actually were not new. When I called to complain I was not offered any compensation for the time I wasted driving back and forth to their various stores. I hope to be able to avoid purchasing anything from BestBuy in the future.

followed instructions and just didnt work for me. Make sure you do setup before connecting. Which I did but tried all night and there seems to be no way of fixing without support which was also terrible.

base station handset are low quality. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Drops calls. The phones are poorly built and VERY DATED. "Rechargeable" batteries were DOA and the rep told me to go buy some more! Their customer service is utter garbage until you tell them to disconnect you, which makes them care.

I bought Ooma because it said it can pair Cell phones. It does only do it for set-up purpose. The Cell phone will NOT be paired to the base station for the use as an additional phone to Ooma. I returned Ooma. Ooma is a good system for someone who does not want to pair with Cell phones

Phones drop out after talking 15 seconds and come back online. Just buy the base. Get your own phones.

I can't tell if this product is any good, but I can say that the setup process is confusing and the instructions incomplete. I'm now on day 2 of trying to set this up and I still haven't succeeded.

Instructions are obtuse. I'm very tel savvy and this is not user friendly at all.
