I saw a lot of reviews that said the set up process was difficult or hard and they almost made me change my mind. But, I read the instructions and followed the directions and I had zero issues. Phone and system works as advertised and is easy to use. Thanks Ooma!

Easy set up good quality looking foward to all the savings every month

This is an awesome system. Easy to install and use. Highly recommend. Best Buy was very helpful in finding what we needed and good price.

Dad recently passed away and was looking to help mom cut bills. Saw this and was amazed at ease of set up as well being able to pick number for her instead of porting old number over. Only have had two people calling a local company for help unlike local carrier that had so many spam calls come through. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

I LOVE my new Ooma Telo! The hookup was easy. No wires is the way to go. The phones are very clear sounding. I'm more than happy with this Ooma tell system!

I bought this to replace cable companies phone line as they where raising their prices. I have it mostly as a back up phone for my kids to use for 911 or to call us if they need to. I also use it call some family. Easy to set up. Great online settings page. The main box works on either wifi or ethernet port. The phones themselves are easy to use and work. One thing of note if you do not like having to dial a 1 to make a call then you will need to go into the online settings page and change it to 7 digit dial mode.

Works great. Glad I purchased. Saves on landline phone bill. Cheapest price I've seen. Helps when cell phone service goes out and you can still have communication in the event of any emergency. Never be without phone service . Works off your internet.

Took me weeks to get it set up correctly due to having straight talk and cancelling my old service. DONT DO THAT IF YOU WANT TO PORT YOUR OLD NUMBER TO OOMA!!' However with thier great customer support i finally got it working properly and now am very happy with the product. If I had it to do over again I might buy the box and then buy my own wireless phones. Now that all is good I am very happy with the service although occassionally people cant hear you and you have to call back. You must have a strong wireless connection for this to work properly. Evidently when you do a speed test "the jitter count" is important to it working. It took time and patience but the ooma staff were persistent in helping me. Today I am happy.

works great perfect sound quality and easy to set up and use

This is an upgrade from an original hub that failed after 12 years. Tech support was able to move my primary phone number to the new unit, but they could not transfer my contacts because the platform iis different. Additionally I was forced to start paying fees and taxes. The major problem is that whenever the unit loses the wi-fi connection for any reason it can take hours to reconnect, if ever. I have had to resort to using the setup app to switch between bands to make connection. Luckily this doesn't happen often since I have Ooma and router on UPS. It certainly doesn't feel as robust as my original hub and I have no hope that it will last for 12 yeasr.

Wanted to keep a land line, but wanted to save money. So we ditched our $25 per month line with Comcast and got the Ooma. Now our bill is around $6 a month. Service is great and the phones are nice.

The phone is cheap for what you get and it works great.

This is the second Ooma system I have purchased. This one was for my daughter who needs a "business" phone but only uses her cell phone. We hooked it up in her home office and she was up and running in about 15 minutes. Very happy with the system.

Well made product that provides a great service at a reasonable price!

I love my Ooma, I've had it about a year and 6 months. Works great, good sound. The reason it's only 4 starts, the handsets are questionable. But Ooma is the best way if you want to keep a home phone. My bill is less than $7 every month.

Bought this on sale for $99. I will be saving 700 dollars a year using this for my land line. Setup was easy enough. Took about 30 minutes. Was able to port my landline number that I have had for 20 years. Took about a week to port my number. Voice is clear. So far, so good

I bought this to have a home phone, the features are wonderful, the call clarity is great, the fact that for service I only have to pay the taxes and fees is amazing. I'm seriously thinking about getting anther handset. Honestly, I should have done this sooner.
