Sound is not Crystal Clear as advertised

Have probably spent 15 hours with Ooma reps almost daily trying to get the service right. Most people who call us or we call complain about poor and irratic reception. Ooma has been excellent to try and fix the problem and finally are going to replace my Ooma Telo and hopefully this will work. But so far I would not recommend this service and will likely return to AT&T if the replacement Telo does not work.

Decent Purchase

Called the company, who replaced it after forcing me several times to troubleshoot on the line, knowing the product was dead. I’m on my second one and I’m hoping for the best. I’d recommend cautiously.

Never again will I order from Best Buy

Within an hour of my arrival of my last attempt to shop at Best Buy the item was unavailable. This will be my last attempt to purchase electronics with the promise of it being available in an hour. Terrible business model. More people have told me the same about their experiences. They’re either out of stock and it shows that it is in stock or they just don’t have it.
