The price is very cheap however it doesn't work. I think that is ooma problem. They sent one the exchange and it works now.

very bad reception and call quality. bought 2 handsets from Ooma, quality of speaker phone was terrible; tech finally decided to replace them. they were a little better but not good enough for me to keep them. i ditched them completely in November (the whole Ooma system)

I don’t recommend this product simply because of the customer service center. I initially wanted to get rid of the voicemail feature and not have voicemail and I kept getting told there was no way I could remove the feature but indeed it was. The customer service representatives do not know their own product. This product was recommended to me by several people who indeed had that feature removed. After about 10 plus calls to ooma I got fed up and I returned the product and went with my own internet service provider.

Product overall works good, but beware if u don’t have Ethernet connectable internet router this one will not work. Be aware of what u have and what u can connect it to. This must be hard wired it is connected via Ethernet cord from router to Ooma box and then to cordless phone. App is great and allows you to receive home phone calls anywhere as long as u have service.

I don’t recommend this because they keep taking money from my bank account. I called them regarding this and told me I signed up for overseas communication. I don’t know anyone outside of the country, so why would l want that service. They finally refunded part of the payments today!

its like throwing $90 into the garbage. it does not work with comcast firewall. you can make calls, you cannot receive calls. there is no service tech help from ooma, unless you consider tech support a woman you can barely understand telling you to cycle power on everything in your house. oh they do have 24/7 chat available...so you can chat about your problem. that's nice. save your money.

Very easy setup. A nice account interface that, to my pleasant surprise, shows whether the device is currently online. Took probably twice as long to setup as the documentation said it would.

Must be plugged into router, not extender. If you have two handset, plug base into ooma, and second phone will work from wherever you place it.

Poor sound quality on many calls, some dropped calls as well. Setting up in the recommended manner where the Telo is direct to the modem, before the router, lowers internet speed. Best Buy apparently has a very short return window for these so buyer beware!

It is quite nice with occasional issues with the call quality. Having said that, cell phone is my primary phone and this is a home phone meant for rare use. I am happy because how inexpensive this service with Ooma is.
