Returned the item, because the app is terrible, and customer service is worse than the app. They hung up on me twice while I was on hold, because the app wouldn’t allow me to enter my credit card information to enroll in the service.

Too much of a hassle for multi land line phones through out the house, It may be OK with a wireless set up, which I do not have. My son is very happy with his because he does have a wireless set up in his home. He is ecstatic with his $9.99 monthly bill from Ooma.

Do not waste your money on this product; Voice is not clear and a lot of echoes while speaking to others. I have used/tested this product for domestic and international calls, and the voice clarity remains poor. Also made calls over LTE and Wi-Fi, and for some reason, the voice is not up to the mark and will have to shout on calls several times to confirm that the receiver is still on the line. Do not waste your money and valuable time on this product.

Good Price. There is a delay after I speak though. Good for the money. Not perfect. Keeping as a backup.

I'm 81, educated prior to computers, and required more set-up help than I was able to obtain on-line. The result was a mix-up in assigned phone numbers and a missed chance to retrieve my previous phone number from my previous carrier. No problem for OOMA but every place I do business with has to be notified. Would the OOMA CEO be happy with his own company's service?

I never installed it and purchased another product due to price.

When I put in the activation code got a message saying that the code had already been used. I called tech support and went through all of the hoops they wanted me to try to no avail. They eventually said the would look deeper into the issue and call me back in 15 minutes. 24 hours later no call back so I returned the device.

I hope it will last. Seems like it wont hold a clear voice call

I purchased this to quit paying for VOIP on Xfinity router. It works as advertised and I only pay $6 month in fees. The more expensive premium features aren't necessary. I also had no problem porting my existing number over in 2-4 days.

I have Ooma owned Telo units in the past, and they have gone downhill. First, they now force you to pay a monthly fee. Second, this unit goes offline about 2-3 times per week (for a few hours at a time) .. I can't figure out what causes that, since my internet at home is pretty reliable!

This device has very bad sound quality when using wireless internet gateaway.When you talk to someone, it is like you are talking to mountain.

I guess you get what you pay for. I pay 4.65 for service though all my phone calls don't come through. I called several times about it, they act like there doing some thing but it does fix it

Beware.. the numbers in the list of choices have been used before. I just activated the device 5 days ago. I have gotten a SPAM call everyday. I haven't even hooked it up to a phone or given the number out yet. I contacted support and basically 'Kim' told me that there is no way to know if a number has been used or not. I would have to cancel the service, the re-activate, and hope that the next number I pick has not been used before. Not a good customer experience.
