great way of obtaining excellent inexpensive phone service. only expense are monthly taxes of $6. I would like to rate the unit as 4 1/2 stars, because the voice quality is just a tad artificial compared to the ISP. But it is worth it to save $20 a month, taxes are the same

I chose Ooma because I decided to terminate my account with Verizon. I decided I can can do everything I need to do with a cell phone (for me an iPhone 6s Plus) without a cell plan. An amazing device that really, for me, only needs wifi connectivity. But, even in this day in age, I still need a phone number for things. So to Ooma I went! The initial investment is higher than competitors, but pays for itself very quickly and proves to be the best choice for the money.

Good price for phone system that eliminates ATT, Charter, and other providers. Have not begun service yet as I am awaiting transfer of my original number.

Easy to install. Incredibly inexpensive monthly rates. Superb clarity. No dropped calls. No problems.

I am very happy with the phone service that the device allows me to connect. Has replace my Frontier land line at a much lower monthly fee--basically only taxes.

Nothing to say at this time except that I am trying the performance of the device.

this is my 2nd Ooma, the 1st one wore out after 13 years. The good news is that this new generation is more than half the cost of the original. I tried to import my number to Xfinity but just as was the case originally they still couldn't do it because the number was and I guess still is a proprietary number, meaning Xfinity doesn't have regulatory control over it. Kudos to Ooma for the good service!

This phone system provide great features and ease of use, and I have two separate phone numbers

I was looking for a comparable VOIP service to the one I was using. Due to the initial hardware purchase, Ooma is initially more expensive. However, there are significant cost savings, in the long run. Ooma has features the other VOIP services do not, such as receiving voicemail messages via text. The reception is not as good as my previous VOIP service but it is superior to cheaper alternatives.

We decided to stop paying full price for phone service and so glad we did. Set up was very easy.

pretty easy to set up and get going- seems to be working well-looking forward to saving on phone bills

This product works great and gives me an inexpensive home phone option for my kids to use when we aren't home!
