Low priced phone service and customer support is very responsive

Im in the process of cutting the cable to all products offered by my cable co...so home phone service is one of them, was recommended the OOMO phone service by a Best Buy associate. which easily hooks to router, take care of the setup app., And Bam!..off and running, you pay $4.09 a month for taxes, and im saving $20.00 a month, they are also offering a free OOMO CORDLESS PHONE now, so another win-win for me..

Switched from Vonage to OOMA and saves us about $40 / month. Quality and service are equivalent, in my opinion.

I was hesitant at first with a VOIP device, but it did exceed expecatations in call quality.

Ooma is an excellent product. Switch was seamless and works like the old landline without all the charges.

I love this gadget, I only purchased the box and used a cordless handset that came with two others. I have one cordless phone in my room, one in the loft and one in the kitchen. I only pay $4.xx/monthly for the service and the rest is history. My connection is great and there is absolutely no difference in the service except for the price....winning!!!

Easy set up used other model OOMA for ten years . Very good voice quality.

Excellent product, it is truly a free home phone service. You must have internet and activate it through a mobile phone or tablet app too. It took some time to set up and at first I thought it was not working, but it was because it takes 15 minutes to go online.

We were using basic talk for a few years, but always being told the person couldn't understand us. After reading good reviews that Ooma had a way to have excellent voice clarity, we decided to give it a try. I haven't had one complaint since then, from anyone on the other end of the line. It is a higher upfront cost, but it will pay for it self after several months, and no more frustration! Works for VOIP whole house.

I am able to have a home phone again. Voice is crystal clear and have had no issues with service. So happy!

Great device for great service, great option for phone service, easy to install and use !!!!!

I signed up with Ooma phone service about a year and half ago and for the most part the service was fine. However, I ran into an issue where I was getting dial tone, the phone was dialing, but the call remained silent. At first I chalked it up to the place I was calling was either closed or having issues. The next day, I tried calling and ran into the same issue. I even tried calling my own cell phone, but it didn't ring either. I was able to fix the issue by power-cycling the phone adapter (It takes several minutes) and so far it is working fine. However, there was no indication lights that showed there was an issue and when I logged into my account page, it showed that there were indeed calls placed. Ultimately I decided to cancel Ooma's service and sign up with AT&T's VOIP service since I mainly use this service for backup and emergency needs.

Occasionally the person your speaking with cannot hear you even though you can still hear them. Then you must hang up and call back to resolve the problem

Great Telephone, Savings Device, instead a Normal Telephone System! As long as you hasve Cable!
