Pleased with our Ooma phone

We love not having to pay our monthly phone bill. We do have to pay taxes of approximately $5 per month, but that is so much better than our previous phone service. We chose to go with a new phone number rather than pay the $40 fee for transferring our previous phone number. We are very pleased with our internet Ooma phone!

I liked that when I called the 800 support number, I got a smart, caring person that was able to answer my questions. I tried the other companies and was not impressed. The cell-based product support was an exercise in frustration. Customer support is something I value.

I was inside of the 1 year warranty and decided to contact the vendor and was able to obtain a replacement. It took between 7 and 10 days for the warranty process; however the item was received and I've not experienced any problems.
