Great but only with am Ethernet cable

When plugged in with an Ethernet cable, it would disconnect randomly. I tried wireless but the sound was not that great. I purchased this new ooma in hopes that it would work much better and didn't want to deal with paying comcast/AT&T an outrageous monthly free. I've had this for over a month and it's been great. It's plugged in with an Ethernet cable and no issues as of yet.

If you have a security system wired through your home phone, you may have to have your security company out to make certain your system works with Ooma. I've had some difficulties including call waiting feature not working and some static, but Ooma support has been helpful to correct the problem each time. I would recommend the product.

Great cheap alternate AT&T home phone.

Includes phone number but can transfer existing phone number for about $40. Total cost to start about $150. BUT monthly charge is $4 , in Louisiana, so with 4-5 months you are saving money!

Easy set up, great system so far

I love the simple light indicator that shows if the service is working or not. As the service was new to me, I really didn't like the intentionally confusing language used during set up to try and get you to pay for more features, but at the same time, they are good features at a good value. All in all, it has been a great purchase.
