I am very please with the service up to now. The Premier service works very well. I would like to express that I am getting about 120mb of download speed and about 12mb of upload speed. The quality of the service may vary at lower internet speeds. Over all I am very happy with purchase,

I experienced a thunderstorm power surge that knocked out 2 devices and this was one of them. I was inside of the 1 year warranty and decided to contact the vendor and was able to obtain a replacement. It took between 7 and 10 days for the warranty process; however the item was received and I've not experienced any problems.

Highly impressed with this device. We just moved our parents into an assisted care facility and this allowed them to take their old number with them. We set up a dedicated internet connection, but the device is also supposed to connect to WiFi.

Ooma is a great device for saving on my monthly phone bill. If you have a security system wired through your home phone, you may have to have your security company out to make certain your system works with Ooma. I've had some difficulties including call waiting feature not working and some static, but Ooma support has been helpful to correct the problem each time. I would recommend the product.

Set it up years ago, home phone bill hasn't gone up since and it's cheap!

I had an ooma for about a year before it stopped working. When plugged in with an Ethernet cable, it would disconnect randomly. I tried wireless but the sound was not that great. I purchased this new ooma in hopes that it would work much better and didn't want to deal with paying comcast/AT&T an outrageous monthly free. I've had this for over a month and it's been great. It's plugged in with an Ethernet cable and no issues as of yet.

We highly recommend Ooma if you want a land line phone. We've used it for 12 years!

I signed up with Ooma phone service about a year and half ago and for the most part the service was fine. However, I ran into an issue where I was getting dial tone, the phone was dialing, but the call remained silent. At first I chalked it up to the place I was calling was either closed or having issues. The next day, I tried calling and ran into the same issue. I even tried calling my own cell phone, but it didn't ring either. I was able to fix the issue by power-cycling the phone adapter (It takes several minutes) and so far it is working fine. However, there was no indication lights that showed there was an issue and when I logged into my account page, it showed that there were indeed calls placed. Ultimately I decided to cancel Ooma's service and sign up with AT&T's VOIP service since I mainly use this service for backup and emergency needs.
