A replacement product was ordered through Best Buy via a recommendation from Ooma Telo. The ordering process was easy. Notifications of product delivery were accurate. Pickup at a local Best Buy was a painless procedure.

I was informed by a relative about the savings in the monthly telephone expenses I would realize by purchasing this Ooma and arranging phone service. I've been extremely satisfied since I made the purchase and highly recommend it.

I first wired the unit as recommended between modem and router, but it blocked VPN access to my work office. I moved it to an open port on my router and set the router Qos setting to the MAC address of the Ooma and it works fine. I used existing wireless phones I had previously connected to AT&T POTS service.

If you are thinking about getting rid of your land line, do it! For years I was paying $61 a month to frickinh AT and T. Then I switch to RCN a MLM company to $42 a month. Not good enough. Finally, with Ooma, it's $4 a month. It's free. But you are just paying the tax. I think everyone uses cell phones now.

I like the Ooma IDEA. However, it's not working as well as I would like. I may be able to get it straightened out with their customer service. I paid an extra $40 to have my old phone ported over. Although this did not take nearly as long as I was told it might, I am still having issues with the temporary number they gave me. That number shows up in the caller ID when I place a call along with someone else's name. Since people don't recognize the number, they don't answer. Sometimes callers to my line get a strange outgoing message from the holder of the temporary number. On the answering device, I only get the last half of the message that callers leave.

Great internet phone. Easy to setup and Easy to use.

The Ooma is a great investment to save on landline phone service. I’ve had it for years and have not been disappointed. I purchased this for my Mom so she could have a land line sgain

Where has this product been hiding? Wish I had known about this a long time ago. It has saved us a lot of money so we could remove the landline.

I bought my Ooma Telo to save money on telephone bills. Not onl did I save money, but I got a phone I could take anywhere I had access to a router, always using the same number. Further, it alerted my cellphone if I got a voicemail while I was out.

Ooma cuts down on home telephone service cost. Have used Ooma for many years and experienced excellent service. The only fee you have is local taxes each month. Highly recommend.

Had a magic jack this smashed it. The clarity is impeccable. Even when used on other continents.

The product to is ok, the only issue I have with the Ooma Telo unit is if you have this unit for more than 3 years the upgrade will not work and you will lose the service and have to buy another unit. Also you need to contact them to activate your new Ooma Telo unit that takes hour more!

A great buy to keep my home phone number and have a low monthyly bill. I highly recommend.

It works, I am still trying to port over my number, so I cannot comment on the whole setup.
