Great product of modem needed for free home telephone service by Ooma. Shipping was extraordinarily fast. It arrived the day after ordering online! Nicely packaged and in perfect condition.

I bought this product from Best Buy end of January, I did the initial set up per Ooma instructions while I waited for them to port my number. First of February I received an email from Ooma that my number was successfully ported to Ooma, I then completed the Ooma set up. Everything was fine until the first of April when I noticed I hadn't recieved any incoming phone calls for a couple of days, even though I was making outgoing calls. I contacted Ooma immediately via live chat, and then a phone call to their technical group. Over the past 14 days, I have contact Ooma numerous times. Each time they promise to fix the problem within a few days. Now when I call them, all they can tell me is that my problem has been "elevated". By the way, their call center is located in the Philippines, so their English is not very good. They have promised to contact me by email, they never have. They have promised to follow up, they never have. If you read the 1 and 2 star reviews about Ooma on various websites, you'll see that my problem is not unique. I would never recommend Ooma! I still have a phone line which won't receive incoming calls, and, I'm out over $200.

I used this to replace the phone service from my internet provider. Works better and is much cheaper. Even have the ability to answer calls and get messages on my smart phone. One of my best purchases

I really enjoy it, just wanted to pay next to nothing for phone service and it certainly achieves that right out of the gate. The call screening feature on just the basic services is amazing. I've managed to stop harassing calls from telemarketers.

Very happy with the purchase. The monthly fee is far less than the big companies. So I am able to have a home number without the big cost. Also able to get the calls on my cellphone.

Cell signal in our house is poor. This is a low cost home phone that works over our high speed internet. It works like a land line phone, but we only pay the monthly taxes for the line. I was able to pick an easy to remember number. It is great.

This is a great alternative for a landline. Only pay a monthly sales tax in your municipality No need to pay high monothly bills! Great service. Includes local and long distance calling.

I use this to give me a business extension in another state. It paid for itself the first 2 months and I can answer the phone anywhere. Great audio quality, great value, perfect for a small business.

Dropped the land line and switched to Ooma. Simple set up, low, low cost...and I mean LOW!! Taxes only. If considering dropping your land line - consider Ooma.

Great purchase!! It took me longer to pick a phone number than it did to set up the phone. The bill was exactly what was quoted which was a nice surprise. Great product! Wish we had bought it sooner!!

Great product and it is saving us a lot of money. The ability to check my voice mail from online from anywhere is great. As long as you have a good WiFi network at home or in the office, this is the perfect solution for you.

Great quality. Sounds exactly like I am using a landline. Steep start up price compared to its competitors, but only $4 a month makes out a good long term investment. I would recommend it.

The set up for this system was fairly easy. The only downfalls of this product is sometimes there is an awful echo, and it drops some calls. For the price I can deal with the minor downfalls.

have replaced home phone service with ooma and have had none of the issues I had with magic jack. no fading in and out. clear reception.

Ooma provides a high quality replacement for traditional land line or cable bundled service. With caller ID, 911 service and voicemail included in the basic service package, I didn't need to upgrade to the pricier premium service.

Great product very very happy with it The call clarity was better than AT&T Wireless that I had and who an beat only paying less than $5 a month for phone.

our old system died and we wanted a replacement. Pro's the LINX (and add-on) is wireless and doesn't need access to a phone jack so it can go anywhere there is power. We had some issues in setting the system up but coma support took care of it. We are happy to continue using their service.
