I bought the ooma to reduce my monthly bills. Best Buy did a price match which saved me money and I dropped my home phone service which saves me money. The Ooma is awesome and even the dial tone is refreshing.

Amazing device. I can not imagine my life without it. At&t was a joke where i live and OOMA saved the day!

Still pretty new to Ooma but so far, so good. Love the fact that it's so affordable. Haven't had any dropped calls and the calls are as clear and crisps as if I had a land line.

This product works just as I expected and is decent value for money.

sound quality is of the worst i've ever experienced. there is this frequent line echo where i hear myself .5 seconds after i speak, and voice drop outs occur very frequently. the setup and configuration is not too challenging and their web site worked just fine, so no problems at all w/ any of that. but since i literally can't stand using this device to make or receive calls, they rate just one lonely star from me.

Hard to evaluate when I have not had time to try implementing product. Too much effort trying to add router to computer. Used to having Geek Squad assistance, not receiving assistance so not able to give you a rating. Sorry, since I have not gotten up and running, I can't recommend it at this time.

You really need to jump on this product if you still like having a land line. I pay 4.26 dollars a month for the service. You can't beat it .

Here is a great method of installing VOIP in your house. Took out cable and reconnected the antenna. Took out telephone installed this instead. The services offered for $10 per month are without equal.

This is a lifesaver if you still need a local phone line. The cost per month is lower than the phone companys and it works fine.

Purchased this from Best Buy because it was less expensive than buying from Ooma. Item works well, but it came with no installation documentation.

I've had this now for nearly a month. Works just a well as a regular phone line. Great app to manage the voice mail. I have no plan to return to the old phone company.

Follow the simple 1-2-3 instructions and OOMA does the rest, including handling the "porting" of your existing phone number and discontinuing your existing land-line service.

Replaced Comcast telephone service due to poor service, a technical person recommended Ooma I enrolled in their premium package which allows a second number, ability to stop robot calls, and black list numbers

For just $6 a month I have home phone. This is great for those of us who only have internet at home. Unlimited calling to US and Canada. Can’t beat it.

I've had Ooma for a little over 2 yrs. and love it. No problems ever and saves me money on my cable bill. I made my money back in 10 months after I bought it. Great purchase.

I'm very happy I switched to OOMA. I was worried about switching over to OOMA but the phone service has been excellent. I wished I had switched to OOMA earlier because of all of the money I would have saved.

If you need a land line then Ooma is great. You make back your money after 4 mo. After that monthly service fee is super cheap compared to local telephone companies. Downside is if internet goes out then Ooma is out also.

I have a Ooma phone in my place up North as well as in my place in dearborn heights and all I have to pay is the taxes on my calls which is about $5 or$6 dollars a month. agreat deal
