This product is easy to hook up and has an easy interface. Customer service was good, I had no problems dealing with them. Overall, I would recommend this. Costs under $5 monthly.

Purchased to help eliminate some of our Charter bill. Obviously this is not a great economic decision but we no longer have that router/WIFI/Voip box.

Our second Ooma and we love it, especially the money we save and the service it provides.

This is the worst. If you are not a techie people don't buy this. It will constantly disconnect and there so many issues that happen. The support is really bad they just keep saying to reboot the box.

All you pay is the cost of Ooma unit and Taxes....

i purchased an OOma Telo about 3 years ago. i just replaced it with a new one. $3.00 per month for my home phone. plugs into my modem/router. can block junk calls, take voice mail .Love it.

It’s a good device and it works but some features you can turn off completely. And the oomoo customer service needs work.

bought since my phone company is a joke and my cable company is stupid but this is great for phone service we love it!!!!

Aside from needing the upgrade to utilize the newer HD3 handset model and the new Ooma desk phone, it works almost the same as th previous model, give or take a few cosmetic changes and relocating some of the buttons.

Bought this to replace my Obitalk with Google voice. Been very stable and the customer service has been great.

Purchaed this for a vacation home. Connects me to 911 services without needing a landline. I can make and receive calls when overseas by simply using the Ooma app.

Don't want to pay AT&T for a home phone then OOMA is for you. And you can fax with it. Pay off your initial investment and your only charges are for taxes. Don't give your cell number to every Jack and Jill. Give them your OOMA number.

FREE PHONE SERVICE !!!! Works great, needs stable internet service ! Will not work on your alarm, switch to internet alarm monitoring. Need to port your current phone number, if you want to keep it.

This is replacing the original I had for over 5 years - well worth the purchase. Pay once and then only taxes after that.

I really like my Ooma, it has saved a lot of $ instead of paying the phone or cable company for home phone service!

Great product, Save on your phone bill with over the internet phone, keep your same phone # just pay taxes each month, Phone bill went for $45 a month to $8 a month for same service.

This is, by far, the best internet home phone service out there. The answering machine is awesome as well. Great voice clarity. Get this now!

If you need a home phone, this is a must. Very cheap monthly fee and this works great.
