Seems to be great and the customer service was very helpful . Didn't realize that you don't need to dial the area code unless it is long distance.

Ooma has allowed me to keep the home phone for a fraction of the price the cable company would charge. Super easy setup!

No problems, system works great and if you do have any questions customer service is probably the best customer service that I have dealt with for a long time.

I have been an OOMA user for a LONG time. I finally had to replace the old unit which I would guess is at least 10 years old. Very happy with the service.

My purchase was to replace one I have had for 5 years. It is so great to pau $3.47 a month that when it was hit by lightening, I went right out and got another one.

This is the second Ooma we bought from Best Buy. We had the first one for several years. This new one is just as dependable as the first one.

After 15 years with a landline company with poor quality service, we finally switched. Ooma is so much better & less expensive. I wish we had switched sooner.

We thought we were going to disconnect but since we have a young son this is a great way for him to have access to a phone without getting him a cell phone yet

I needed a phone for a relative in an inpatient care facility. There was no phone line in his room. There was accessible wifi and this did the trick.

Ooma is a great product for voice over IP. it has drastically reduced our monthly bill for telephone charges.

Not bad basic phone services inexpensive, fax works outgoing without a flaw. Have not been able to get incoming faxes yet, will have to work on setting on fax machine and phone.

Reviewed many voip products. The ooma had some of the highest reviews. Bought the ooma and it has lived up to its reviews. It was an excellent Choice.

It does what it’s supposed to do. Sound comes through great. The issue is that you will pay a monthly fee and the telemarketing calls are non stop. Also had calls from random people. People with different language. I had to keep the ringer off most of the time because you will get calls all though the day and night. I gave it two starts because it does work but beware.

The VoIP service from Ooma is excellent and the monthly price is awesome (only pay for taxes),

I am glad I purchased this product because now I do not have to pay for any telephone service from a third party provider. I also love the way this product takes voicemail and so forth.

I have been using ooma for almost 6 years and never had any problems at all. I just like to have a back up phone at home. For $4.45 a month can't complain.
