The Geek Squad team was very thorough in explaining the process and got the computer completely rebooted and ready in less than 24 hours.

Asked the Geeks to install the OS on my computer

Not Bad

I ended up going to the store and waiting an hour as they finished. Luckily, they finished RIGHT before they closed

Operating System Install was Great

They called me with updates, and suggestions on what to do when the problem was more than expected. They did the install and my computer was ready in less time than expected. Awesome job!
