Replaced hard drive on my sons desktop computer

The Geek Squad team was very thorough in explaining the process and got the computer completely rebooted and ready in less than 24 hours.

Asked the Geeks to install the OS on my computer

I ended up going to the store and waiting an hour as they finished. Luckily, they finished RIGHT before they closed
