The agent that installed my hard drive was very useful and helpful describing what I needed to do once everything was loaded back on my computer

They were super helpful and kind with all of my questions and got my computer back to me quickly!

The agents replaced my hard drive and explained my options clearly. Most is the files were reinstalled and the computer is working better than ever.

We had the Geek squad look at our lap top as we were having problems. The "squad" replaced our hard drive and less than 48 hours later, we were back in business. Thanks for a job well done!

I was very happy with my service from Geek Squad! They had to do a full wipe and reinstall of my computer so i could sell it. They had it done earlier than expected and were very nice and thorough.

My new HP Envy was set up with windows 10 and no problems to report. I was confident with the Geek squad installing my operating system and my other software.

I bought a new computer and didn't want to risk losing data during the transfer. I went to the GBeek Squad counter and was offered a year membership covering all my electronics including TVs. They even come to your house. I used the plan once already when a battery in a computer needed to be replaced. So nice to have a fast and easy resource for repairs.

The Geeks at the SouthGlenn location of Best Buy were outstanding in their service, knowledge, and availability and scheduling. My PC is super-fast and is running much more effeciently.
