The agent helped from from the moment i walked in the door. I was greeted and asked what i needed help with. The agent then proceeded to explain exactly what was going to happen and gave me all my options. At that time the agent proceeded to take all my information down and he got started. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I use the Sanford Florida store, and their Geek Squad staff is awesome. They called me with updates, and suggestions on what to do when the problem was more than expected. They did the install and my computer was ready in less time than expected. Awesome job!

My Mac laptop would not accept updates. The Geek Squad fixed that issue and cleaned up my laptop. Great, fast service.

They were nice, during the height of Covid and they had their precautions set-up with appointments but were still abe to see me that day. They had to reinstall Windows10(I tried every trick I & my friends new. I even zeroed out the drive and tried to do a fresh reinstall but nothing by Windows worked sense an upgrade froze and never restarted. It ruined a decent gaming computer until Best Buy was able to fix it!! Had it done that night/or morning. It was ready by lunch the next day!! Thanks
