Best buy has the best prices and they can do price match. I’m a Total Tech member and its worth more than what you pay for. Everything comes with geek squad protection and if anything happens to what you bought, they will fix it, give you a new one or they will give tou store credit! What store does that?!

Members of the West Nashville Geek Squad have been very professional and patient. Every member has been able to translate technical descriptions and directions into a level of understanding which is useful.

Store personal were great (jeremiah) but your app is really bad. If lf i had to deal with it to make a purchase i would go somewhere else.

I opened up an email from Fedex, I had been waiting on several packages. It turned out to be a ransom virus! My files and documents were taken over and held for ransom! I was completely lost on how to remove it without losing all my data. I called the Geek Squad for help. They said they could reset my 2 year old HP Envy back to factory settings without losing all my stuff. I took it in on a Saturday afternoon, and by the next morning it was done! I was able to connect my external and didn't lose a thing, not even Microsoft Office. What great service! Thanks Geek Squad!
