Had to have an operating system install. Was done fairly quick and everything worked perfectly.

Best buy has the best prices and they can do price match. I’m a Total Tech member and its worth more than what you pay for. Everything comes with geek squad protection and if anything happens to what you bought, they will fix it, give you a new one or they will give tou store credit! What store does that?!

The team was great. I recently retired, and I had always had the luxury of a large IT department to support my tech needs. Now, I need a new support team, and that is what drew me to purchase my new computer at Best Buy. I needed the IT support. And...my first impressions have been awesome.

Service was quick and professional. Service agent was helpful and offered various options for upgrade. Laptop was fixed and ready for pickup when promised.

my new pc i just bought came with windows 11 and wasnt letting me open certain games i downloaded on the desktop so i took it to geeksquad so they can switch it back to windows 10 for me and they did it quickly same day no charge , professional people there and very nice and knowledgeable

Great service with employees providing excellent help

Some pricey to perform a basicOS install on a new hard drive, but the tech did allow me to view that the computer was operating as expected once the unit was returned. The computer was ready when promised with the old hard drive intact.

I opened up an email from Fedex, I had been waiting on several packages. It turned out to be a ransom virus! My files and documents were taken over and held for ransom! I was completely lost on how to remove it without losing all my data. I called the Geek Squad for help. They said they could reset my 2 year old HP Envy back to factory settings without losing all my stuff. I took it in on a Saturday afternoon, and by the next morning it was done! I was able to connect my external and didn't lose a thing, not even Microsoft Office. What great service! Thanks Geek Squad!

Geek Squad had to reinstall my windows 10 which crashed and ghost my hard drive. they did a great job.promised 48-72 hours and got it back in less than 24.

the agent cleaned out my Mac laptop put in a new operational software, now baby runs like new.
