Alex got my laptop operating system reinstalled and saved my data. Good job.

I took my surface pro to the geek squad because the keyboard had stopped working hoping they could help. They removed the software and reinstalled it with no luck. They are not able to work on the surfaces due to the company that makes the surface not allowing them to do so. If I had known that I would not have spent $100.00 for the work that was done. I was not told that they could not do anything until after they had reinstalled the software and that was not the fix. At that point I had to pay. Ask question before you let them do any work.

the agent cleaned out my Mac laptop put in a new operational software, now baby runs like new.

my new pc i just bought came with windows 11 and wasnt letting me open certain games i downloaded on the desktop so i took it to geeksquad so they can switch it back to windows 10 for me and they did it quickly same day no charge , professional people there and very nice and knowledgeable

Greek Squad helped install software for me. They explained the process well. They always there to help with me with my Laptop.

Some pricey to perform a basicOS install on a new hard drive, but the tech did allow me to view that the computer was operating as expected once the unit was returned. The computer was ready when promised with the old hard drive intact.

I had a software issue that required a reinstall. The staff was helpful and didn't push me to order products or extras that I didn't need. Took a week to get back.

My laptop was in pretty bad condition and had gotten stuck in a restart loop after a system update. I couldn’t access any of my old files so I took it to Geek Squad to see what they could do. They were able to get it up and running again without deleting all of my files. Unfortunately this wasn’t a permanent fix since some of the hardware was going bad. But, I was able to back up my stuff on an external hard drive so it wasn’t a total loss.

I have no complaints they fix everything but not all cellphones. You do need an appointment to pick up or drop off but it could be the same day or the next day and you can go earlier too but need t wait on line. I pay I believe $200 for the year for all services but limited to other technical support which I have to pay for fixing other parts, etc.

The agent was very informative and the work was done very quickly. Will return again for future needs!

they did an excellent job of fixing and updating my laptops and communication was excellent on what was being done and how long it would take. i will definitely be using Geek Squad for all my technical support in the future. i was extremely impressed with the customer service and technical support.
