I had to get a laptop recovered, they couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with, I was so impressed with the gentleman who helped me, he was knowledgeable but didn't make me feel bad about my much lesser knowledge than he has.

I took my surface pro to the geek squad because the keyboard had stopped working hoping they could help. They removed the software and reinstalled it with no luck. They are not able to work on the surfaces due to the company that makes the surface not allowing them to do so. If I had known that I would not have spent $100.00 for the work that was done. I was not told that they could not do anything until after they had reinstalled the software and that was not the fix. At that point I had to pay. Ask question before you let them do any work.

they did an excellent job of fixing and updating my laptops and communication was excellent on what was being done and how long it would take. i will definitely be using Geek Squad for all my technical support in the future. i was extremely impressed with the customer service and technical support.

Best buy. Secured my documents from the hacked laptop. Wiped the memory clean, and then added new antivirus/ firewall software, and then reinstalled my information

The team was very good installing the software. I would recommend better scheduling as it was not completed within the timeframe they gave.

I have no complaints they fix everything but not all cellphones. You do need an appointment to pick up or drop off but it could be the same day or the next day and you can go earlier too but need t wait on line. I pay I believe $200 for the year for all services but limited to other technical support which I have to pay for fixing other parts, etc.

My geek squad tech was professional and knowledgeable and completed the install in a rely manner

The Geek Squad staff were all great! Hated to have to buy a new computer at the time but they worked with me to get the best deal I could. Being disabled and homebound pretty much most of the time it is my lifeline.
