I’m just unhappy about your not giving us long time customers the half off anymore for the 24/7 online or phone contact w/your people for trouble shooting. I understand it may have to do w/inflation…or is it due to the letter I sent u 6-30-22 via USPS w/my contact info u already have

Great customer service

Each time Steven always made sure that I was comfortable since I am disabled. Last time when this particular computer crashed running on Windows 8.1 the suggestion was made that if it happened again Windows 10 be installed. When Windows 8.1 crashes again before just installing 10 Steven checked everything else finding a bad hard drive.
