Geek Squad

It appeared that when she was updating the program malfunctioned and locked her out. So the new update did not load completely and would not allow the old program to function. Thus it was caught without an operating system. The Geek Squad backed up her old files, fixed the new installed update and reloaded all her old files. In addition they recommended a backup stoage, which I purchased. Great job...

Geek Squad people are so nice!

My computer runs great with the new hard drive

My computer is working like I wanted it

When I started researching I found only a small amount was allocated for C drive and D drive had a lot of room. Unfortunately, they did not talk to each other. The technician removed the partition so that I had my 2 TB computer back as I wanted but I had him install another hard drive as well. I am now very happy with my computer.
