Fixing Hacked laptop

Bought this laptop on December 26 with Windows 11..Unfortunately Windows 11 could not be reinstalled so the Geek Squad gave me Windows 10. So far so good...very good

Geek Squad improved laptop performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agent removed a pop-up installed by a hacker (involved resetting an option in the Windows 10 OS) and also updated the Operating system while cleaning out unneeded peripheral files and apps which clearly have speeded up my laptop's on-line performance.

The PC was not showing the true Graphic Card Memor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After a bit of a search, and a bit of anxiety on my end, the NVidia GeForce GTX 1070 finally revealed it's full memory content. Not thanks to the operating system's System Information app... After a few tweaks, the GSquad came back with not a fix, since SysInfo is an OS utility but an explanation. While that utility doesn't report it, All programs that use the graphics card memory do use it well. Problem solved.
