The agent upgraded my storage space and reinstalled my windows back onto my computer. My laptop now runs perfectly. I upgrade my storage from 237 GB to 4 TB

Computer worked using geek squad keyboard...apparently my wireless keyboard was not allowing password to input. Cimputer reset with new password...and works with wireless keyboard ...one key stuck down was lifted.

Very helpful and prompt she took time out to show me what was going on with my computer. She also recommended my printer show me how to install it.

One one hand, the Geek Squad helped me and solved my problem. On the other hand, if I was a little more intelligent, I could have pushed the Time Machine Restore button, and done this myself, and saved myself $100. The attendant suggested that I could consider doing this, but I thought, better make sure that the unit is restored and functions, before i leave the BB Shop. So, a success, and I feel stupid and frustrated.

Super helpful, very knowledgeable. The people in the Geek Squad Department helped me so much with the computer I purchased for my son who passed, they were all so helpful and caring and compassionate. I would recommend this store and department to anyone and everyone!

I am a business Manager, and my Lap Top Computer is very important on a daily basis. When it experienced major problems, I took it to the Geek Squad at Gulfport, Ms. and turned it in to be checked and eventually repaired. The Geek Squad Member checked it on two occasions, and determined the problem, and repaired it. Since the repair I have had no further problems. I am a very happy customer. Went in for my old laptop i wanted to upgrade my hard drive to SSD had them install windows for me since my situation wasnt allowing me to, story short they did a great job helping me get my laptop up an running again.

Wiped clean a all in one HP desktop computer my brother-in-law purchased for my mom and had de installed Windows on (when it was purchased brand new for my 80 year old mom) and installed LINUX!!!!! Reinitialized Windows and now it works like a champ!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

Some awesome techs at the Geek squard counter; always a pleasure to speak with them. Always keeping me informed of any service required/updates or great advise on purchasing laptops, wirefree mouse.

Te Dell computer is fast and can easily handle Lightroom and Photoshop open at the same time.

Geek squad was great but communication left a lot to be desired. Work was done well before promised time (in only four hours). Knowledge of problem was great. However, I did not see the same technician. When the computer was picked up and when it was dropped off. The service was the installing of an operating system that was accidentally deleted. When the computer was picked up, the screen displayed a message that said “enter password”. A call was made to find out what the password was and after an hour on hold, was told that it couldn’t be disclosed over the phone. This required a 90 mile round trip visit to Best Buy. I live in GRANBURY & the Best Buy is in Fort Worth. When I got there, I was told the Password was “password”. I called home and had my granddaughter enter “password” & it didn’t work. The technician then said not to enter anything and just hit the enter key. It worked. This could have been avoided if that had been told when the computer was picked up.

Cleaned up the computer so it was operable again. Did a very good job and was quick same day service

I was informed I needed an appointment and when I arrived the Service was very pleasant and courteous as well as informative. I was informed of the cost and of what was going to be done and about when it would be ready and that I would be called and/or texted - emailed when ready for pick up - then when I picked up it was everything I wanted and needed.. ALL DONE and in a friendly manner and a fair price...

Got most of my data back. Very happy we use you again and again.
