Very helpful and prompt she took time out to show me what was going on with my computer. She also recommended my printer show me how to install it.

My computer was hacked they were able to unlock and recover my data.

they were able to open my computer, so I'm satisfied. However, the standing and waiting in line to get someone to acknowledge your presence was way too long. Yes, they were busy, but not to acknowledge you when you have an appt was rude. AND my assigned geek got up and left during the giveback and didn't return. I had to grab another geek to finished up. found out later, he got sick. but I wasn't happy at all.

Always use Geek Squad for any PC needs. I would highly recommend.

The only guys in town who will work on your issues and get it done on time that won't cost you an arm and a leg. This is my go-to store for all electronics.

my pc windows 10 yielded blue screen of death. I went to best buy where I purchase this pc and lined up at geek squad. after 20 minutes of standing I was ask if I made an appointment. I said " I didn't know that it is needed". since no one is behind me in line, I was accommodated . the pc was booted and after several key strokes, the pc started reloading the operating system automatically. I was charge $99.00

They upgraded the operating system and said the error for start up was probably due to a problem loading. I would have liked a clearer explanation but if they did not know the specific and it was just a generation error code, it’s possible they just didn’t know what specific error occurred in the first place.

I had purchased a new Samsung tablet and was having difficulty getting it set up. The agent helped me and showed me what I needed to do in just minutes. Thank you.

Took my sons computer in Monday to get it fixed they were great at explaining the problem and how they could fix it kept me updated through the whole process and when I picked it up explained in detail what they did to fix the issue my sons is back to playing his favorite games thank you guys

Actually this worked really well. Service was very efficient. I needed to increase hard drive storage to add new programs and their transfer allowed me to do this. I had expected only the C drive, but they partitioned it, making a D drive as well.
