The Geek Squad did work as expected. The PC was ready the next day. One bit of advice....make your appointment online in advance. Save a trip to Best Buy to make the appointment since the Geek Squad does not accept work without an appointment.

Crappy service at the Palmdale CA store. I took my $1300 gaming computer in for lagging and the said they reset the computer and it should work like new. 5 days later the same thing. They had me to bring it back again and they not touch it. They give it back to me in the same condition. This computer is under factory warranty and I said I want another computer because this one is not even 6 months old and it's faulty it is still under manufacturer's warranty and I have The geek squad crap they sold me to have it repaired. They're lazy and don't know what they're doing. I will never buy another major purchase from here ever!
