My son ended up with a really nasty virus on his laptop and it only happened once before when he was able to get rid of it himself. This time we had to resort to the Geek Squad and they were courteous, knowledgeable and quick. We got the computer back within the same day and my son was back in business within no time.

My computer just stopped -Couldn’t turn it on or off. My geek squad membership really paid off- Turns out that the computer got stuck obviously during a security scan and it just got hung up. Best Buy geek squad fixed it in a day and they were really terrific – saving everything

Had corrupted c drive. All info placed on a different hard drive, new c drive placed.

We had 2 Windows 7 computers converted into Windows 10 with the Geek Squad 1 year service contract. Very professional and friendly people to deal with in the Geek Squad and even gave us a quick, but extremely helpful class in Windows 10. Both work perfectly. Highly recommended.

For a tech challenged Grandma this is the best service. When your grands go off to college and you need help……. The Squad is there.

I love my Geeks! They are always on point. They listen and dumb it down for us normal folks.

Geek agent diagnosed the problem and wrote up the work needed. Set a 3 day window for repair to be completed. Would receive email updates stating the progress of repair and in 3 days retrived desktop with new windows os installed along with all other software.
