Set my laptop up for me and got me running the next day

They fixed my blue screen laptop in two days! I was very happy with the service and friendly associates

Geek squad did a wonderful job. Did what needed to be done and on time. People were friendly and I did not feel rushed.

Geek Squad cleared out my computer for me, but my email was unable to be set up directly for some unknown reason. They tried to help, but it ended up that I now have to go through chrome and can’t just click the mail icon on my desktop.

Outside of the WiFi, work was done on time and required no tweaking afterwards. WiFi was installed with default driver, which did not connect. Had to download software to identify and install correct driver. Recommendation to Best Buy: Test the WiFi before completing repair!

They did an amazing job trying to fix my Mac unfortunately it wasn’t something they could of fix but I was happy they tried

I am very pleased with the MacBook Pro that I purchased. The only prob I had was that a virus got into my computer because my firewall was not turned on when I purchased it I ended up going to the geek squad to have it repaired. To me that was a cost that should at least have been shared between Apple and myself.

Geek squad has not let me down when it comes to the care and problem solutions for my desktop/pc.

The consultant was able to enlighten me on the options available so I could have made an informed decision. The Geek Squad installed a larger hard drive and current operating system which has been working fine. This was all done in a timely manner of which I am quite satisfied.

Great service in a desperate time of need! Recomend!

I took my MacBook Air to the Cleaners aka "The Geek Squad" and that did the trick. They wiped it clean and restored the operating system for a minimum fee. Then I was able to pass basically a brand new computer (2013) to my son who needed it for college. Thanks!

My USB ports suddenly quit working! So I took my computer to the Geek Squad and told them what happened. The Geek squad associate knew right away that it was from an update of windows 10 ! So I left it with them and picked it up the very next day and it worked just like new!
