5☆ Service! I would definitely recommend the geek squad services

I am very pleased with the MacBook Pro that I purchased. The only prob I had was that a virus got into my computer because my firewall was not turned on when I purchased it I ended up going to the geek squad to have it repaired. To me that was a cost that should at least have been shared between Apple and myself.

I have nothing to complain about. They did what they were supposed to do and im happy.

The consultant was able to enlighten me on the options available so I could have made an informed decision. The Geek Squad installed a larger hard drive and current operating system which has been working fine. This was all done in a timely manner of which I am quite satisfied.

Replaced defective hard drive with a SSD providing extended life for computer and then transferred files from the hard drive and reinstalled Microsoft Office 2016 on SSD.

The agents installed MacOS El Capitan on my early 2008 iMac. It did give them a bit of a hard time but they didn’t give up and got it reinstalled.

I took my MacBook Air to the Cleaners aka "The Geek Squad" and that did the trick. They wiped it clean and restored the operating system for a minimum fee. Then I was able to pass basically a brand new computer (2013) to my son who needed it for college. Thanks!

My laptop was updated to Windows 11; He then went over things with me when I came to pick up and made adjustments to computer.

The service was not performed properly. Drivers were not reinstalled. I have had nothing but problems with my computer since I had this service performed on my computer. It freezes, crashes, the speakers do not work, and won’t run the software I need for school properly. Worst part is, I am in school and the problems with my computer have been an issue and slowed me down considerably completing my tasks. Even after 7 times on the phone with tech support, the problems still persist. And no one at the store seems to know what to do to fix the problem. Dont waste your money or time with Geek Squad. Not worth it. Now I have a computer that barely works, when it NEVER had one issue in the two years I had it before Best Buy Geek Squad got their hands on it. And, I PAID $179.00 for a year of the best service they have to offer. Should have saved that money for the new computer I need to but now.

My USB ports suddenly quit working! So I took my computer to the Geek Squad and told them what happened. The Geek squad associate knew right away that it was from an update of windows 10 ! So I left it with them and picked it up the very next day and it worked just like new!

Worth every dine. Everything worked perfectly. THANKS!

Had a virus and a couple of other issues on my laptop. I called and got an appointment for the next day. The Geek Squad was able to remove the problems for a reasonable price and got my laptop back to me in less than forty-eight hours. Now it works as well as it did when I first got it.
