The service was not performed properly. Drivers were not reinstalled. I have had nothing but problems with my computer since I had this service performed on my computer. It freezes, crashes, the speakers do not work, and won’t run the software I need for school properly. Worst part is, I am in school and the problems with my computer have been an issue and slowed me down considerably completing my tasks. Even after 7 times on the phone with tech support, the problems still persist. And no one at the store seems to know what to do to fix the problem. Dont waste your money or time with Geek Squad. Not worth it. Now I have a computer that barely works, when it NEVER had one issue in the two years I had it before Best Buy Geek Squad got their hands on it. And, I PAID $179.00 for a year of the best service they have to offer. Should have saved that money for the new computer I need to but now.

Excellent as always. They transferred the data from the old computer and setup the programs so they worked like a charm.

I had a 2017 laptop that I only used to put pictures on. I decided to use it otherwise but it was froze up & wouldn't factory reset or do anything. I took it in & they wiped the problems & did all windows updates & it came on in a snap.
