    Had a virus and a couple of other issues on my laptop. I called and got an appointment for the next day. The Geek Squad was able to remove the problems for a reasonable price and got my laptop back to me in less than forty-eight hours. Now it works as well as it did when I first got it.

    My issue was diagnosed almost immediately. All options were explained. I was quoted a great price i.e., not directed to the most expensive replacement drive. Within five hours I received a call that the new OS was installed and ready for pick up.

    We took the computer in to get fixed twice and each time we got it back a new issue came up. Main issue was fixed, but still not the greatest.

    The service in the Pleasant Hill store was very good. The Geek squad remote service was not good. Therefore I am think about renewing my technical enrollment. Tjhis feed back applies only to the service carried out in the store
