Computer partially fixed
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We took the computer in to get fixed twice and each time we got it back a new issue came up. Main issue was fixed, but still not the greatest.

OS crashed

computer fix

I decided to use it otherwise but it was froze up & wouldn't factory reset or do anything. I took it in & they wiped the problems & did all windows updates & it came on in a snap.

Greek squad did a great quick job
