Excellent performance & completed quickly!

Cons: Even with an appointment, wait times can still be 10 to 25 minutes to get the repair started. Overall though, I have complete trust in the Geek squad!

Outstanding service!

Operating Software

It was definitely a computer problem. Now everything is like new once again!

I didn't have my back up with me while out on the road but stopped at the Best Buy Geek store and they were able to reinstall the system and cleaned up the keyboard and exterior nicely as well.
