It was fine except for first few minutes texh forgot where to find software install for my windows licence.

Successful installation although some files missing and file structure completely different.

I purchased a SSD card for my laptop and asked Geek Squad to install it and move the operating system on to it. I had no desire to attempt this myself. It was some quickly and the people were awesome.

Daughters laptop became unusable after a software update. Brought the unit in to the Geek Squad. In about a week the unit was backed up and repaired to her satisfaction. Price was reasonable. Would use the Geek Squad in a heartbeat. Very happy.
