    I went in to get my pc fixed because i forgot to install windows and my graphics card wasnt working but they fixed it

    I had a problem with my computer that two computer techs could not fix. The last one recommended Geek Squad, saying they were the best in the area. I had to leave it several days, but they diagnosed the problem and solved it--to my intense relief.

    They installed Windows 10 to my SSD and formatted a 3Tb hard drive. I was satisfied but had to come back because they didn't adjust the boot sequence to take into account the new hard drive the first time I was there.

    the reinstall of the operating system was done as promised, actually even quicker response time than I anticipated. Everything is working a-ok on my laptop now. Great job geek squad.

    My laptop hard drive died while I was on travel. Ugh!! The Geek Squad saved the day, installing a new drive and reloading the Windows 10 OS. I've been using it for about two months now without a single issue.

    The Geek Squad staff were very helpful and friendly, but it took twice as long as expected to fix my computer--I guess because the issue was more complex than first thought. I wish Best Buy had a cheaper data recovery option.

    The Best Buy Geek Squad completely restored my 2016 Apple MacBook Pro to factory and reset the entire software and made the computer work great again. Was done in a timely manner and would definitely recommend to a friend.

    I had a like new HP laptop that after the update would no longer work took it to geek squad and they did an excellent job for a fair price and the computer worked as new
