I had both a Lenovo bought at the store (Problem with the Lenovo out of the box -- do not recommend but Geek squad did excellent job and with Dell 2 in 1 setup and new email. Very friendly and competent.

The agent talked me through the problem after they checked it out. The agent made a good suggestion and told me cost and time frame of how long it would take to get my computer back.

A job I should have been able to do myself, but they found the problem that kept me from doing so. Nice folks, very helpful.

I was very happy to get my old computer back in running condition and upgraded with Windows 10. However, I was never informed (or perhaps didn't understand) that I needed a "product code" to activate Windows. Thus, I kept getting a note on bottom left of screen on need to activate Windows. Also, whereas previously my PC had MS Office, it seems I now need to purchase additional software to operate Excel Spreadsheet, etc. So in this regard, I am not pleased.

I had problems with my computer, so I took it to Geek Squad and they fixed it for me. The young man was very knowledgeable about computers and was a big help to me. I would go there again for any computer need.

I wanted to give my laptop to someone else but first wanted any and all personal data I had put on laptop cleared out. Got laptop back next day with computer back to “ factory issue status”. Laptop totally cleared of all personal info.

They didn't even have to hear my entire explanation of the issue and asked me to leave it for a couple of days. They called me the next day and told me it was ready. No problems since! Good bunch of people! Thx

During annual desktop checkup, Geek Squad suggested several upgrades and installs. All were covered under Geek Squad protection plan. Another reason I believe it is worth the price.
