Was having some problems with my laptop so I took it in. They figured out the problem fairly quickly, clearly explained my options, and got it fixed within a matter of days! They even got everything updated for me.

The Squad's work on the computer and too install new software was excellent. I like the new virus and internet software to protect my computer.

For the annual fee, it’s the best bang for your buck. The have always been able to help us out whenever there is a problem. Plus getting an occasional ‘tune-up’ is well worth it.

I crashed my laptop trying to install a new version of Windows and accidentally erased my boot options. They were able to install the new software and make it work almost better than new.

My PC crashed as a result of a power surge. I thought it was done for. Geek Squad was able to bring it back up and reinstall the operating system. Saved me a couple thousand.

After Best Buy's Geek Squad replaced my hard drive they installed windows 10 onto the new drive. It took less than 1/2 a day to get this completed. The cost of the service was fair. I would use them again.

I had a new drive installed in my laptop with the OS installed by Geek Squad. Everything was done correctly as requested. The paperwork when requesting the service took longer than I wanted, but everything else was great
