The agents got my computer upgraded very quickly. We were limited in how much time we had and they were able to have us on our way. Very smooth and easy transaction.

I had Geek Squad install new software to an older PC and they did what was required as well as did a minor tune up at no additional charge. They also completed the work much sooner than promised.
