    Agents were nice. But the problems on my computer were not all solved. I am calling them again for an appointment to correct the ones that they missed

    I'm happy it works but I don't get the pont of a warranty if you have to pay for something thats bound to break.

    Took my daughter's laptop in as it was having serious problem. Tried my best to fix it myself but was unable to find the issue. Geek Squad got it running again and returned it to me when they said they would.

    Through good advice from Greg in BB's Computer Department, GEEK SQUAD updated my 17" computer for about $250, so I didn't have to spend $1,250 for a new one!

    While I would have liked yo have windows 10 installed, they installed windows 7 per the origins, computer specs. It still works great with the new hard drive.
