Some Confusion Initially
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well i dropped off a laptop that wasnt taking an install for windows 7 but when i walked in and didnt call i was met with resistance. I can understand when theres a line but no one was there and there was only one member of geek squad helping people. I had to wait almost 40 minutes in store since i didnt have an appointment and i could have been squeezed in as my dropoff took less than 5 minutes. they did a good job and called me when it was complete but with so much staff they could have taken a dropoff and not let a paying customer wait that long.
