After purchasing Microsoft 365, I received instructions from the Geek squad. They were helpful in providing me information.

Please know up front to make an appointment - hard to get service as a walk-in. Get discounted in home tv mounting with my Geek Squad membership!

Though they installed the new hard drive. They also cracked the panel on the bottom of my $1300 laptop so the front of it keeps popping off. After paying $200 for the hard drive and install I would have hoped that better care would have been taken when opening up my laptop. Thanks Best Buy.

Good job, but it would have been even better if the computer BIOS had been set up.

Geek squad told me my computer was not salvageable. I then took it to a private computer guy who said, "All computers are salvageable." He got it up and operating correctly for a low cost. I'm assuming the fix was something Best Buy & Geek Squad did not want their tech's to waste time on or the liability. But I learned a lesson about where to take my computer with that experience. It would really depend on what I needed help with whether I would ask for Geek Squad's help or not.
