Geek squad renewed my system, okay service not very welcoming or good customer service.

Let backyard mechanic work on my computer and it ain't been right.Geek Squad have everything operating perfect. Just take your computer to them. Nobody else !

I buy all computer equipment from Best Buy Folsom, CA. Although I am a technology person myself, I use the Geek Squad for my BB purchases. They are professional, knowledgeable and just great! They do not speak down to customers and just tell it like it is. They always handle what I do not have the time to handle and do it with expertise.

Install of new hard drive completed. Computer worked for 3 weeks. Then it "hung-up" after an automatic update - blue screen etc. Returned to Geek Squad for diagnosis and repair. Service person was interested in solving the problem and making it right for me. Repair (reinstall of Windows 8 and retest of system) was completed at no cost. I received courteous and professional treatment.

The tech explained the issues and although he couldn't resolve them on the spot the complete repair only took a few days. Computer works great again.
