||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rather like Microsoft 7,8 rather than 10 I really don’t like it plus a lot of my software that were installed on my computer are gone geek squad didn’t call me or explained me that they will be gone and now they want me to but those softwares again I don’t think so I really don’t know why they didn’t call me before deleting anything from my computer

Perseverance

My rep worked with it for about 45 minutes to try and recover it and get the laptop working again. Unfortunately through no fault of his-the laptop dies but he did explain the difference on the hard drives and why one was better when I asked for a recommendation. Very helpful all round!
