Not sure they know what they are doing.

Charged me for it and then a day later told me it was a hardware issue and couldn’t do anything. After I told them it wasn’t a software issue. Had to get my money back for the service and then was told they couldn’t ship the laptop off because I didn’t pay for their product protection plan.

PC tune up fix my computer problem
