DON'T USE GEEK SQUAD FOR SOFTWARE INTALL!!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek squad failed to activate Microsoft Office family on my wifes machine by telephone support. 3 different "agents" messed up her machine trying to find a solution. Each one said they solved the problem but didn't. After they messed things up, I had to reinstall Outlook, put back Chrome as my Browser and had to return Chrome back to default settings. All desk top shortcuts no longer worked, and they moved icons around for no apparent reason. I bought the 1 year Geek Squad protection plan and regret it. Don't use Geek Squad, they will leave your computer worse off than when they tried to fix it.
