Laptop Software Repair
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took in laptop due to an issue related to a software update that was looping and would not advance to completion. After several days got an email stating work was done. When I reviewed the work found that the laptop ( less than 9 months old) had the hard drive partitioned (which didn’t allow for MS Office to be reloaded and was not how it was setup from purchase standpoint before service), the touch screen drivers were not installed properly, nor the mouse pad drivers. It spent another 1 1/2 weeks in Geek Squad custody before returning to me. I was disappointed with the QC (quality control) of releasing the laptop back to me after the “first repair period” and the additional issues it “had acquired” while in their care.

Computer issue

Charged me for it and then a day later told me it was a hardware issue and couldn’t do anything. After I told them it wasn’t a software issue. Had to get my money back for the service and then was told they couldn’t ship the laptop off because I didn’t pay for their product protection plan.
