Operating system install fell short

WINDOWS 10 UPGRADE CRASH
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the free Windows 10 completely crashed our computer we brought it in to the geek squad at best buy to rebuild. They recovered any files, and did a complete clean install now Windows 10 works like it was intended. Great job.

My item was fixed however I did still have to wait approximately 1 hour in the store for technician to fix the original issue. Technician removed my Microsoft Office applications & wasn't able to get them put back on. Which is still a problem for me however the computer works great
